Hello Costa Rica, It has been amazing sharing all your experiences while you have been having this amazing and life changing time. I have been watching daily the progress of all the teams in all the phases and will suffer from withdrawal symptoms and probably need therapy when this is over. Especial thanks to the organisers and VM's who have carried a great responsibility but also look to have thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
To everyone there, have a safe trip home, keep in touch with one another and party on!
To Jen, Great to speak to you last night - looking forward to seeing you on your safe return. Well done and all my love and more.
xx

Hey Vincent,
Finally your "escape" from prison paradise - one more dip in the warm oceans - enjoy it... and then back to base for some serious partying! And warm farewells, alas. Sure you'll have some amazing tales to tell us over christmas and one thing I'm curious about is your "meet the crew" interview which says; ""Do differently on return: Continue as before"" - OMG how will you explain that?
Anyhow, have some really really great final days and a safe trip back. See you in Amsterdam...
Love, Pappa.

So gorgeous to hear your voice the other day and some news of you. took Nanny to the christmas markets in Manchester which were great and despite it being freezing we both survived. I am goig in to Chester for a Xmas lunch with Cara, Kate and Jude now!!! Everybody asking about you and Sam and Tom are barely coping without you!! I am being very brave!! Speak on Monday.
Until then I send you hugs and kisses.
