Recent Fieldbase Antics...

Over the last week all of us here at the Raleigh HQ have been knuckling down to some serious hard work; sorting and finalizing all the nitty gritty before our new Project Managers and Venturers arrive. From pickaxes, to medical kits, to spreadsheets and finance, the office is well and truly full to the brim and buzzing - Phew! There is certainly a lot to do. However…with all this hard graft it’s only natural that we give ourselves some down time! Here are just a few snaps of some of our recent fun and frolics...

We'll begin our day with some yoga; relaxing mind, body and soul..."huuummm". The calm before the storm perhaps?
We're then going to need our fuel for the day...pancakes and pineapple!
A cheeky wheel change in Driver's Training to keep us busy!

Giving it some welly!

Unwinding after a hard days work (que: a poor joke from Pedro)

Last nights events, where our competitive edge got the better of us. First game: 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here' (The fieldbase version (definately worse than the original))

Dry milk powder, cinnammon, curry powder, chilli sauce, pepper...down in one! Yum. (If you look closely here you can see the milk powder spray from Keiner's spoon, clearly going down well)

Next game - put on as many clothes as you can in one minute (double points for team mate items)...GO GO GO!

The cardboard box game! (Aim of the game - to pick up the cereal box without using your hands or letting your knees touch the floor) Luuuuunge!!

Our glamorous host for the night - Sabrina / Elton John??

Our equally as glamorous co-host - Wellard / Vanilla Ice?!

Sunrise at fieldbase - a beautiful start to another beautiful day of mayhem.
