Rafting, dancing and new arrivals!

After the hectic schedule of the last couple of weeks, the team got some time out to go white water rafting for a bit of team bonding. We are very lucky here to be close to the River Pacuare, one of the best rafting spots in Costa Rica and the adrenaline was definately pumping as we battled through the grades 3 and 4 rapids. Despite a few man overboard sitations, eveybody had a great day and returned to field base tired but happy.

We also brought Scotland to Costa Rica with a Ceilidh organised by our very own Scotsman Ross. Everybody got dressed up for the occasion with some creative creative use of tartan and had lots of fun flinging each other around learning the basic moves under Ross’s expert instruction.
