Here we go with our last blog of the day. All of us left here at Fieldbase have been up since 4 this morning and spent most of the time after the Alpha groups left cleaning Fieldbase - it's surprising how much mess can be generated in just three days - so I think it's time for a well deserved nap! Can't believe you've been away 4 weeks already. J is having a bit of a relapse today and has tucked herself up in your bed for the night. Dad has gone off to have Man Talk with the Barcelona Boys Club. Gd and N just called us to share the excitement of seeing the new pics on the blog.

We have seen some great photos of your work with Alpha 8 - good to see you wielding a pick axe and wearing a hard hat! Hi Charlotte and the new Alpha 1 - looks like you've got some hard trekking over the next few days - hope the weather holds. Wanted to let you know that Ora had a baby boy this morning after two days of labour - mother and baby doing well - they're calling him Octavian! Dad and I are now a great uncle and aunt! ReplyDeleteAbsolutely not true what Dom said abt me entering the kitchen. That boy is such a liar. You look well in the few photos I've seen of you. Poor old mummie had a tooth pulled yesterday, and was in quite a lot of pain, but she was back running again by this morning. Floss had a nice muddy walk over the weekend - lots of Flossy Flops in the smelly stuff - but your mum gave her a bath and she is smelling sweet again. Daisy is coming down tonight and we are going to the Jolly - we shall miss you. Hope the trek is not too arduous. All our love and hugs and kissesxxxxDad

Love the pictures of you in Alpha five- I love to see you in the photos, so don't be too camera shy-lol! It is our anniversary today,Dad has taken the day off, he is taking me for lunch,thought he might have taken me to Paris,etc but alas just lunch, I can dream!! Amber is well and is so excited that Tom has offered to take her to the Jonas Brothers concert-so thoughtful. Amber can hardly contain herself -remember that age Bliss when you get to see fav group in concert?
I have sent a package off to you-maybe Field base will bring it with them when they visit?
Anyway Bliss got to do some reminding of important things- here goes.
1) Drink water -when you think you've had enough you haven't so drink some more!
2) Suncream is your friend-PUT IT ON -lol!!

It was so sunny here today - had to control dads desire to BBQ-caveman tendencies in working order!Spoke to Nana Sheila today she sends her love.Decorating Amber's room soon.You will need to be sitting down for this bit of news Bliss- ready for it- good-I'll tell you then , Amber will be moving into your room whilst her room is being done-lol! Don't worry I won't let her touch your stuff-I promise-cross my heart!! She's not quite ready for the contents of your makeup bag quite yet-and she is only a size three-so your shoes are safe!

Im sure this will be as good as the first trip.
We all saw the great slide show and you seem to be very active (as always).
Here back home in London things are as last week and spring trying get a foothold.
I was with Sean yesterday and helped him with few tasks. He is planning for a short trip to Amsterdam and Paris in 3 week of March.

Heya Hana! Hope all is going well - are you staying with a family now? Speaking Spanish? Me and Emily were saying on the phone yesterday how much we miss you... but tomorrow it'll only be a month till you are back! yayayayay!!!! Hope you're having an amazing time, bet you're looking buff-ting-a-ling. Nothing very interesting has happened here... I'm going to Barcelona on Friday :) cos we break up then (ha Emily). Will definitely go to that sandwich/cava place, but probably do more sight seeing... Yesterday was my and ben's five months, it'll be six by the time you are back, weirdness.
