Zulu 4 Beach Olympics

Zulu 4 are still having a fantastic time in Camaronal. They have put the handrails and the other finishing touches onto their bridge and the turtle patrols continue to go well. Yesterday the team even got to see some baby turtles hatching and helped to release them into the sea. Yesterday also saw the Zulu 4 beach olympics, with events such as welly throwing, wrestling, long jump and the 50 metre sprint. The prize for the lucky winner- a tasty bag of Diana sweets.

  1. Hi Cat (zulu 4)
Such lovely photos of you on the beach. It certainly looks like it is not all hard work. Life there does not look too bad !!
Get ready for a temperature change. The weather men are saying it is going to get much colder next week ready for your arrival.
You must be about to return to field base as your departure is only four days away. All parents are counting the hours down I promise you. Mixed emotions for you all. You will have made lifelong friendships during your adventure and a experience which will shape your future.
Lots of love from everyone here, see you at Heathrow on Friday !!
lots of love Mum and Dad xxxxxxx

  2. Hello Cat Spence.

The pictures are great and I hope you won your wrestling match! I can not wait until you are back for Christmas and it's really not long now. I miss you so much! We're gonna have to have a lot of Christmas parties so you can tell me all about what you've been up to. Jenny is back for a few days around Christmas and hopefully everyone can get together to welcome you home!

It's cold here but the sun still makes an odd appearance.

Glad to see you centre front of some photos (you're easier to spot)

    Love you loads

    Maff xxxx
