X-ray community projects...
Yesterday we gave you the low down on creepy crawlies, terrific turtles and the new trails that we're blazing on our three amazing environmental projects. Today is the final installment of X-ray overviews, so grab your coffee cup and let us guide you around our four incredible community projects.
Living in the heart of some of the most remote and poorest areas of Nicaragua and Costa Rica, these community projects offer the team a unique opportunity to work alongside members of the community to help provide basic facilities such as clean water and schools. While the work is physically hard, it's an amazing experience helping to improve quality of life and provide sustainable valuable resources for these people. But what makes it incredibly special for both venturers and project managers alike is the chance to get to know a local family - living in their home, learning about their culture and understanding the highs and lows of their day-to-day lives.
