X-ray Ten - top shots from El Terrero and Las Palmas

Had we saved the best for last? Bravo Four was about to find out... the final stop on our tour of the X-ray community projects was the sleepy settlements of El Terrero and Las Palmas in northern Nicaragua. X-ray Ten have divided and conquered twin projects within the Miraflor wildlife reserve - starting a new community centre at El Terrero AND helping complete an amazing museum for a revolutionary hero from the tiny village of Las Palmas. We got busy with our cameras while they beavered away - here are X-ray Ten in action:

The industrious folk of X-ray Ten

El Terrero's new community centre is well underway...

Team tactics: starting the day with a site planning meeting

Building it up, brick-by-brick...

Over in Las Palmas, our new dry-stone wall at the museum is looking smashing

Several hours later... Day Leader Emma holds a review of the day's progress

Exhausted, elated, excited... there's always plenty to reflect on come sunset

And where better to hold a day review? The view from El Terrero over Miraflor wildlife reserve

Well folks, that's it from Bravo Four. We're off back to basecamp to get ready for changeover...
